Frequently Asked Questions

Comprehensive answers to the most common questions about MEB, setup, safety, and subscriptions.

General

What is MEB?

MEB is a professional automation platform designed for mobile games. It runs on your Windows PC alongside an Android emulator and automates core gameplay operations — with game-specific modules tailored to each supported title. It operates externally by simulating human-like mouse and keyboard input, without modifying any game files.

Who is MEB for?

MEB is built for experienced mobile gamers who want to maintain competitive progression without spending every waking hour in the game. It is designed for users who value efficiency, understand the strategic importance of consistent activity, and prefer to invest in tools rather than time.

Is MEB a bot, a macro, or something else?

MEB is an automation suite. Unlike simple macros that repeat fixed sequences, MEB uses image recognition to read the game screen and make context-aware decisions. It simulates natural human input patterns — including randomized delays, variable mouse curves, and imprecise click positioning — to operate in a way that closely resembles real player behavior.

Safety & Security

Is MEB safe to use?

MEB is engineered with safety as a core design principle. It operates entirely outside the game client — it does not inject code, modify game files, access game memory, or use any hooks or patches. All interaction happens through simulated mouse and keyboard input and visual screen reading. This external approach is the safest methodology available for game automation, as the game client has no way to distinguish MEB's input from real user input.

Does MEB modify any game files?

No. MEB does not touch, modify, read, or interact with any game files, memory addresses, or client processes. It operates as a completely separate desktop application that reads your screen and sends standard Windows input events. Your game installation remains 100% stock and unmodified.

Does MEB require my game account credentials?

No. MEB never asks for, stores, or transmits your game account credentials. You log into your game account yourself through the emulator as you normally would. MEB only interacts with what is visible on your screen.

Setup & Requirements

What are the system requirements?

You need a Windows 10 or Windows 11 PC (or a Windows VPS) with at least 4GB of RAM and a stable internet connection. You also need an Android emulator (BlueStacks recommended) with your chosen game installed and running. MEB runs alongside the emulator as a separate application.

Can I run MEB on a VPS?

Yes. Many users run MEB on a Windows VPS for 24/7 uptime. This is the recommended setup for maximum efficiency, as it allows MEB to run continuously without tying up your personal PC. Any Windows VPS with RDP access, 4GB+ RAM, and the ability to run an Android emulator will work.

Which emulators are supported?

MEB is tested and optimized for BlueStacks. This is the officially supported emulator. Other emulators may work but are not officially supported or tested.

How long does setup take?

Most users are up and running within 5–10 minutes. The process involves downloading the loader, launching your emulator with the game, and signing in. Our documentation includes a step-by-step guide.

Subscriptions & Purchase

What plans are available?

MEB offers subscription plans for each supported game, with 30-day, 60-day, and 180-day options. Pricing varies by game — for example, Clash Royale starts at $5/30 days, while March of Empires starts at $50/30 days. All plans include full access to every feature and module for that game — there are no feature-locked tiers. Visit the Games page to see plans for each title.

How do I purchase?

Create an account or log in, navigate to the Games page, select the game you want to automate, choose a subscription plan, and complete payment via PayPal. Your subscription activates once payment is confirmed.

How quickly do I get access after purchase?

Once your PayPal payment is confirmed, your subscription is activated. You will see the download link in your account dashboard. Log into the MEB Loader with your account credentials and you’re ready to go.

Can I use my license on multiple computers?

Each subscription is bound to a single device via hardware ID (HWID). When you first sign in via the MEB Loader, your device is registered automatically. If you need to move to a different computer, contact support to reset your device binding.

What happens when my subscription expires?

When your subscription period ends, MEB stops operating. Your account and settings are preserved. To continue using MEB, simply purchase a new subscription through your account. There is no automatic renewal — you remain in full control.

Updates & Support

Are updates included with my license?

Yes. All updates released during your active subscription period are included at no additional cost. MEB is actively maintained to stay compatible with the latest versions of all supported games. When a game updates, we adapt MEB accordingly.

How do I update MEB?

All updates are installed automatically by the loader. When an update is available, the loader will download and apply it on next launch — no manual downloading or reinstallation is needed.

How do I contact support?

You can open a support ticket directly from your account dashboard, or use the Contact Support button on any page. Our team typically responds within a few hours. We also maintain detailed documentation for common setup and configuration questions.

What if the game gets a major update and MEB breaks?

When a supported game receives a major update, our development team works to release a compatibility patch as quickly as possible. In most cases, the fix is delivered automatically through the loader within hours. Check the Updates page for the latest status on patches and maintenance.

Technical

My antivirus flags the MEB loader. Is it safe?

Some antivirus programs may flag MEB because it uses input simulation and screen capture — techniques that are also used by legitimate automation and accessibility tools, but which can trigger heuristic alerts. MEB is safe. If your antivirus flags it, you may need to add an exception for the MEB folder. This is a common requirement for automation software.

Can I use my PC while MEB is running?

Yes! MEB reads only the emulator screen, not your entire display. You can continue using your computer normally while MEB operates. Simply keep the emulator window open and MEB will handle everything in the background without interfering with your other tasks.

Does MEB work with multiple game accounts?

Each MEB license operates on one emulator instance. If you need to automate multiple accounts, you would need separate licenses and emulator instances. Contact our support team if you have questions about multi-account setups.
